The Role
This position is the heart of the morning service, setting the tone for the day and creating a welcoming, intentional, and profitable environment. More than just making coffee, this role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience through thoughtful service, efficiency, and a deep understanding of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve exceptional coffee, tea, and food with precision, speed, and care.

• Set the tone for a warm, inviting, and efficient morning service that enhances the guest experience.

• Engage guests with warmth, storytelling, and product knowledge to build loyalty and increase sales.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the sourcing, nutrition, and regenerative principles behind our offerings.

• Contribute to the overall financial success of the caffè by maintaining efficiency, upselling appropriately, and managing waste responsibly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume coffee or hospitality setting preferred.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.

• Passion for sustainability, non-partisan wellness, and holistic well-being.

• Interest in regenerative hospitality and business-driven service.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $19.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $500
