About the Role
We’re seeking a Warehouse Coordinator who is methodical, disciplined, and hands-on to keep our Sunset Park warehouse running smoothly during our busiest season, from November through April.

You’ll manage the flow of components for our outdoor dining structures — from inventory and staging, to repair and refurbishment, to coordinating with install crews. This role is physical and detail-driven, perfect for someone who loves structure, precision, and a well-organized shop.

What You'll Do

• Manage inventory of structure components and prep installation kits
• Track stock levels (Google Sheets / MRP system) and flag shortages early
• Stage deliveries and coordinate daily warehouse labor
• Assist with pallet stacking, labeling, and internal logistics
• Support repair and refurbishment of structures over winter
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with install/trucking crews
• Communicate clearly with Site Coordinator and Operations team

About You

• 2+ years of warehouse, construction, or logistics experience
• Background in woodshop, design, or fabrication a strong plus
• Comfortable lifting, stacking, moving materials daily
• Comfortable and careful using electric pallet stacker and manual pallet jacks
• Detail-oriented and steady under pressure
• Tech-comfortable with tools like Google Sheets and Monday.com
• Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented

Compensation

• $50,000 - $55,000/year
• Optional health benefits + seasonal performance bonus
