Marshall’s Specialty Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our warehouse, which houses approximately $500K in consumable inventory and $3M in equipment and tools . This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise warehouse assistants, manage inventory and tools, coordinate deliveries, maintain safety standards, and assist with fleet operations.
You’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day functions of the warehouse, operating forklifts, organizing materials, pulling orders, and problem-solving on the fly. You’ll also help drive accountability, foster team productivity, and maintain an efficient, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff
Organize, track, and manage HVAC inventory, tools, and consumables
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper storage
Operate forklift and assist with physical warehouse tasks
Support company fleet management and basic facility maintenance
Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with other departments to meet operational company needs
Experienced : Prior experience managing warehouse operations
Accountable : You hold yourself and others to high standards
Mechanical : Familiarity with tools and HVAC parts is a strong plus
Problem-Solver : Confident in troubleshooting and improving processes
Organized : Able to maintain a clean, efficient, and well-documented warehouse
Leader : Able to drive productivity, coach team members, and foster growth
Communicative : Clear, professional communication with team members, vendors, and leadership
HVAC industry experience
Fleet management or vehicle coordination experience
Experience with tools and general shop maintenance
$66,000+ annual salary , depending on experience and qualifications
