About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Accountant / Bookkeeper to support federal and state tax compliance, including tax preparation and bookkeeping. If you have a passion for working with numbers and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, we want to hear from you!

Our team provides a range of services, from tax consulting and financial planning to real estate and insurance guidance. We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise to manage both tax accounting and full-charge bookkeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and trusts.
Utilize tax preparation software (Lacerte preferred, but not required), QuickBooks, Adobe, and Excel to handle tasks efficiently.
Full-charge bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure accurate tax filings and provide financial guidance.
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting.
Certifications: Proficiency with QuickBooks (certification preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in tax preparation and bookkeeping.
Preferred:
Experience with Lacerte tax preparation software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
