We are searching for an experienced and successful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting top talent, full cycle recruitment, building a pipeline by partnering with schools to promote employment opportunities, and executing a strategic recruiting plan to attract qualified talent.
Specific Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process to support staffing needs across all levels of the organization.
- Partners with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Maintains regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timelessness of the recruitment process to meet goals and objectives.
- Develops and implements strategic recruiting initiatives based on best practices for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-location organization.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with dental and hygiene schools to support university recruiting efforts, including career fairs and on-campus events.
- Implement strategies to attract passive job seekers including job boards, online searches and techniques, social media, networking, and employee referral campaigns.
- Build a pipeline of highly qualified talent and bench for current and future openings to achieve succession planning through proactive and strategic hiring practices.
- Represents Archway Dental Partners’ culture and core values throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Draft and manage employment contracts in coordination with leadership and HR to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency across all new hire agreements.
- Other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.

- Proficiency or the ability to learn the organization's HRIS & talent management systems.
Education And Experience - 5+ years of relevant dental recruiting experience is required (will consider healthcare provider recruiting experience)
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing providers
- In depth knowledge and experience utilizing various job boards, applicant tracking systems and sourcing programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required (will consider non-degreed candidates with extensive experience and work history in healthcare recruiting)
