In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing and maintaining financial records for our clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in accounting and QuickBooks.

### What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, including managing the Chart of Accounts, journal entries, and financial reports.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
