About AutoTime: AutoTime is the leading time and labor tracking solution purpose-built for the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry part of Solen Software group since Feb 2025. For over 20 years, we've partnered with top A&D contractors to deliver compliance-driven, highly technical solutions that are essential for managing complex labor requirements and payroll accuracy

About the role: 
The Professional Services Solution Consultant (SC) for AutoTime is a key resource entrusted with understanding our customer's core business drivers and requirements and then envisioning and delivering AutoTime solutions that meet those needs. The SC will promote best-of-breed solutions for work practices, as well as define and communicate technical solutions for the AutoTime customers we implement. The SC should be a leader and a team player who has a passion for strategic consulting, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. The SC will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions and integration with other third-party products. The SC will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with project stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities :

• Successfully implement the AutoTime product for customers following the AutoTime implementation methodology.

• Analyze customer's business requirements and current processes and develop the best solution utilizing the AutoTime product.

• Conduct requirement assessment workshops with customer team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare functional and technical solution design documents to meet customer requirements.

• Design and configure the best solution for the customer requirements leveraging Industry Best Practices and standard AutoTime configuration elements.

• Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features, system processes and procedures.

• Provide consulting expertise across the AutoTime solution with a focus that will help support our customers and answer complex questions on functionality and usage of the product.

• Support the customer with their testing, cutover and go-live activities and help resolve any issues encountered.

• Provide training to the customer to facilitate knowledge transfer, user adoption and understanding of the solution.

• Work with the Project Managers to align project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

• Communicate with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalate issues to the Project Manager as necessary.

• Convey customer feedback and product improvement suggestions to the product development staff.

• Portray a positive, proactive and professional work ethic to the customer.

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction and reference ability for every customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or related field.

• At least 2 years of hands-on product experience with AutoTime is required.

• 5 plus years of experience in implementing Time and Labor Collection software products preferred.

• 2 plus years of experience in writing complex SQL scripts for relational databases.

• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design and implementation required.

• Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing required.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.

• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Experience implementing Time and Labor Collection solutions in Manufacturingor Aerospace & Defense industry a strong plus.

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
