About Us  We’re a local sign shop specializing in custom visual communication solutions. Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and collaboration. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Production & Installer to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment.  Role Overview  As a Vinyl Production & Installer, you’ll be hands-on in producing and installing high-quality signs and graphics. You’ll work with vinyl, printers, laminators, and other equipment to bring designs to life. This role requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a passion for visual design. Responsibilities: • Prepare and assemble signs, including substrate prep and vinyl application  • Cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics to signs, windows, walls, and vehicles  • Operate large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and CNC routers  • Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, mounting, and quality checks  • Assist with installations on vehicles, windows, and building surfaces  • Maintain organized workspaces and inventory; report supply needs  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure quality  Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus  • Valid driver’s license  • Minimum 2 years of professional sign-making experience  • Proficient in vinyl application and large-format digital printing  • Familiarity with Onyx RIP software preferred  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods  • Comfortable with repetitive hand motions and using light power tools  Key Soft Skills  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and techniques  • Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of work  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment  Bonus Skills • Experience with full or partial vehicle wraps  • Knowledge of advanced installation techniques  Pay • Pay will be based on skills and experience About Company: Join Our Team!
