What You'll Do:
👥 Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design
📋 Manage employee relations , performance feedback, leave management, and accommodations
💬 Coach managers on employee engagement, performance management, and career development
📚 Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development to create impactful programs
💰 Collaborate with Compensation to conduct salary reviews and ensure internal equity
🤝 Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field ( Master’s preferred )
✅ 6+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience
✅ Strong business acumen and ability to interpret people metrics and business goals
✅ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
✅ Proven expertise in consulting, conflict resolution, and HR best practices
✅ Ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment and confidentiality
