Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance, training, and compliance for all food production employees.
• Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
• Facilitate customer inspections of food production products, services, and facilities.
• Lead the recruitment process of food production employees, providing training and orientation for new hires.
• Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in food production, operations management, food technology, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards.
• Previous bakery experience is highly desired.
