Overview:

Physical Therapist: St. John’s Health – Jackson, WY

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $43-$50 hourly (commensurate with experience) and $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: M-F flexible scheduling. Must be available to rotate weekends/holidays

Work setting: Outpatient with coverage in acute, TCU, IRF, LTC, and HH

Location: 625 East Broadway, Jackson, WY 83001

Job Summary: St. John's Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Responsibilities:

You’ll Achieve Success By: 

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination 
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle 
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain 
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation 
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey 

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Wyoming 
• Accepting Clinical Fellows
• CPR and first aid certification required
