Job Summary

Position: Full-Time Meals-On-Wheels Program Specialist
Location: To Be Determined
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

Duties:

• Maintain and update the ServTracker data system.
• Provide basic IT support and training to staff as needed.
• Verify eligibility and ensure completeness of records for new clients.
• Review and prepare invoices and service reports.
• Enter daily and monthly service records into various databases.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to analyze program data and generate reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year high school (Associate’s or higher degree preferred).
• Experience in data analysis and program tracking.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accuracy
• Clean background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
