Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Location: Danbury, CT (Hybrid – In-Person & Telehealth)
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, independent contractor)
License Requirement: Must hold a valid LMSW license in Connecticut

Your Role:

• Provide individual therapy to clients of various ages and backgrounds

• Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs

• Use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support holistic care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Deliver care in alignment with ethical and professional standards
  
   

  Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Connecticut

• Passion for providing inclusive, client-centered care

• Experience with diverse populations and/or special needs

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (telehealth and in-person)

• A strong communicator and collaborative team member
