Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist looking to make a real, lasting impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? Do you thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, patient-centered environment where clinical autonomy is respected and growth is encouraged? If so, we invite you to bring your compassion and clinical expertise to our thriving outpatient behavioral health clinic in the heart of California.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting, either in-person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or systemic family approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards (HIPAA, BBS, DMH, etc.).
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision, peer consultation groups, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive clinic culture that values clinician well-being, creativity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California (no associate registrations, must be fully licensed).
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice setting.
  • Strong understanding of family systems, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ communities, and underserved groups.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary or fee-for-service compensation model based on experience and caseload.
  • Flexible scheduling with options for telehealth and in-person services.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time staff).
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and continuing education reimbursement.
  • Regular clinical supervision and access to CEU training.
  • A mission-driven, inclusive environment where your voice matters and your work makes a difference.

Join us in shaping a healthier future for California’s families and communities.
