The Help Desk Analyst will provide technical support and customer service, focusing on user account management, password resets, and basic endpoint deployment. The role requires a solid technical background in service desk and desktop support, with a basic understanding of Active Directory, Outlook, and ITSM. The analyst will also be responsible for e-recycling preparation and new device configuration.

Responsibilities:
- Assign rights to applications and network services, including folders, printers, database accounts, and cloud services.
- Perform password resets across multiple applications (Active Directory, email, remote access, internal applications).
- Provide customer service through various channels (in-person, messaging, phone).
- Delete and disable user accounts.
- Perform regular cleanup of accounts.
- Remediate issues related to user accounts.
- Manage secondary and privileged access accounts.
- Configure new device procurements.
- Handle deliveries of new procurements.
- Prepare salvaged material for e-recycling, including movement, compiling, and processing of equipment.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Focused, hands-on experience with the skills described in the job description (2+ years).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional and technical references and procedures.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and documentation for technical peers.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- U.S. citizenship or green card holder.
