Asso.subsea is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for skilled and experienced Electronics / Electrical /Automations Engineers to join our Engineering Team in our Marine Technology Business Unit, focusing on shipbuilding. The candidates will be required to have a strong understanding of engineering principles, enjoy working with creativity, and have excellent attention to detail. They will be required to undertake various works, from design to execution, supervision and completion related to shipbuilding projects.
Responsibilities
Electrical (LV/MV) and Automation designs;
Review, commenting and approval of electrical and automation designs, drawings, analyses and similar documentation issued by suppliers
Supervise the assembling and installing, testing, and maintaining electronic/electrical wiring, equipment, components, and systems.
Outline technical specification
Determine budget of work
Communicates with service providers and suppliers
Cooperates with the Supplies Team for the procurement of required services, equipment, materials and feedback on quality
Performs on-site investigation and examination during work planning stage;
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or related field;
Previous work experience, with field experience would be beneficial
Experience with Siemens PLC (TIA Portal) or other (for Automations Engineers);
Professional experience in Maritime Industry is required;
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Ability to travel
