Join a team where equipment reliability and quality output go hand-in-hand. As an Electro‑Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Technician, you will be the go-to expert for keeping production assets safe, stable, and optimized.

What you'll do

• Champion safety and environmental practices; keep a clean, organized workstation.
• Continuously monitor lines; tweak parameters to maintain quality standards.
• Diagnose issues using mechanical intuition and data; implement permanent corrective actions that improve quality and effectiveness.
• Service and replace core components: solenoids, valves, cylinders.
• Perform machine and line changeovers; engineer faster setup through process optimization.
• Hit or exceed production targets to meet customer demand.
• Advance your skills through assigned technical training.
• Collaborate daily with Operators, Manufacturing Technicians, Engineers, and area Leadership.

What it takes

• HS Diploma/GED and age 18+.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Comfort in a loud, fast-moving environment; self-starter mentality.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing assembly or machining.
• Working knowledge: pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and blueprint/print reading.
• Proven mechanical proficiency, leadership traits, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work alternate shifts and adapt quickly to change.

Compensation & benefits

• Wages: $30.08–$32.20 starting, depending on experience; growth potential up to $38.15.
• Paid time away: 16 PTO days initially (up to 30 with seniority) + 5 Personal Days (PAA) + 9 paid holidays.
