We are now on the search of our next East Balkans IT Manager , who will  manage client relationships and all aspects of technology delivery and support for Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. in East Balkans. This includes the End to End accountability for all aspects of execution of our global operations model for end-to-end IT support, implementing best practices for support services delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and coordinating with extended teams and business end user and budget management.

Responsibilities

What you will be working on:

  • Support development of strategic roadmap (i.e., defines the case for change, supports business case preparation, gains investment approval, identifies pursuit opportunities) leveraging the long-term roadmap defined by architecture & S&T;
  • Responsible for working in collaboration with all internal customers (Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Finance, etc.) to define, evaluate, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor the successful delivery of IT services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Lead and manage the execution of the global operations model for end-to-end IT support operations;
  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan (responsible to coordinate, consolidate and act as single point of contact for S&T Finance for all planning cycles), local contracts, and vendors;
  • Ensure system stability and proactively take action to prevent incidents, overseeing critical incident management when needed;
  • Manage business relationships and projects across IT teams, vendors and 3rd party providers;
  • Oversee prioritization and delivery of solutions for area(s) of ownership to ensure value realization;
  • Implement best practices for support services delivery. Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly dashboard services to monitor performance. Prepare, evaluate, and collaborate with extended teams on Service Level and Operational Metrics, as well as KPI scorecards for service delivery, ensuring efficient maintenance and compliance with all disaster recovery plans, and achieving control and risk management objectives. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Overlook all IT OPS processes. Maintain and update technical documentation, policies to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all team members. 

Stakeholder’s Management:

  • Serves as the escalation point for all IT operation issues, including delayed incident closures and request fulfillments; measure and actively drive vendor performance within the business unit;
  • Proactively monitors customer satisfaction to ensure services meet contract terms and customer expectations; develops and implements plans to enhance customer satisfaction, including training and capability programs;
  • Communicates project status, IT operation KPIs, and notifications such as planned outages and critical incidents to customers, senior management, stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

IT Controls/Audits Management:

  • Ensure compliance with IT controls by leading the testing, reporting, and monitoring of these controls. Proactively develop and implement remediation plans when necessary. Ensure correct execution and documentation of controls;
  • Collaborate with and support audit teams as needed.
Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing an IT teams;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT service & operations management, process improvement and project management;
  • Previous experience in manufacturing industry is preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • TIL v3/v4 foundation certification , Project Management certification is preferred;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong leadership skills to influence others at all organizational levels;
  • Composure and ability to deal with ambiguity and pressure;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies;
  • Ability to manage global vendors and virtual teams.
