As a Dunkin' Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include taking guest orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive experience to every guest. This fast-paced and team-oriented role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

We start work early - no 9am-5pm shifts here at Dunkin':
Examples: 4am – 10am; 5am – 11am; 5am – 12pm; 5am – 1pm; 6am – 1pm;
12pm - 6pm; 1pm - 9pm; 2pm – 10pm
**Requirements:**
Must be at least 16 years old.
Prior experience in guest service or food service roles is a plus.
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain order accuracy.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.
ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.
