POSITION: Digital Marketing Coordinator
COMPENSATION: 40K-50K
BENEFITS: Standard package, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.

SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring that our client brand message is consistent across all channels. DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and eliminate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Enhance client website performance, user experience and search engine visibility through client website optimization services
Build strong client social media presence and engage with client audience effectively through social media management services
Develop content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, websites and print materials
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using google analytics tools
Craft compelling and relevant digital content that resonates with client target audience across various platforms
Manage inbound and internet marketing campaigns including programmatic display
Enhance business information across online directories and listings for optimal search visibility
Create and maintain digital marketing content schedules and deadlines
Utilize email marketing best practices to drive digital lead gen and website traffic
Collaborate with the editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
Manage and update the client’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures and promotional items
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer preferences
Attend events and assist events with production, trade shows and webinars
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
Manage inbound and internet marketing campaigns including programmatic is preferred
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in energy, manufacturing, or environmental industries
Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
AP style writing
Proficiency in marketing software/CRM and tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics)
Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
Google Ads
Websites to include Word Press, WIX, Squarespace, Webflow, GoHIghLevel
Any AI platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
