Job Description

This is a remote position.

Join the global creative marketing team at We Are BMF as a Data Entry Operator in a fully remote capacity. In this remote role, you will be responsible for capturing, maintaining, and delivering high quality data from your remote workspace, working alongside remote colleagues and supporting remote campaign operations for on-site and remote activations alike. This remote opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to contribute to a cutting-edge agency from a remote home office. You’ll help underpin our remote data workflows while collaborating with both remote and on-site teams to drive excellence in our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately from a remote workspace into spreadsheets, databases and content systems supporting remote campaigns.

  • Maintain organized remote file structures and remote documentation, ensuring remote access for stakeholders across projects.

  • Monitor your remote data queue, meet productivity and accuracy goals in the remote environment while fulfilling remote workflow commitments.

  • Collaborate virtually with remote project teams, on-site event staff and remote colleagues to verify data sources and clarify remote data requirements.

  • Conduct remote quality checks on data entries, identify inconsistencies or errors within remote logs, and assist remote teammates in resolution.

  • Support remote reporting efforts by generating summary tables, charts and remote dashboards that feed into remote decision-making processes.

  • Uphold data confidentiality, security and integrity in your remote workspace, ensuring remote systems comply with agency-wide standards.

  • Contribute to improvements of remote data entry processes and workflows, recommending remote-friendly tools and methods to enhance team performance.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certificate in business, data management or administration is preferred.

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support or remote work roles strongly preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools, databases and remote collaboration platforms; comfortable operating fully remote.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage tasks from a remote home office environment.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions and remote productivity habits.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both remote and on-site team members.

  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to thrive in a remote role and take initiative in remote workflows.

  • Understanding of data confidentiality, version control and remote-data handling best practices.
