We are currently seeking a Data Entry Agent to support our data operations team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with various digital platforms. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data across systems, ensuring that all entries are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with high accuracy
Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
Manage and organize digital files and records
Follow data entry protocols and confidentiality guidelines at all times
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data issues or clarifications
Assist in process documentation and suggest improvements where needed
Support ad hoc data-related tasks as assigned
High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
