AUTOMOTIVE RENTAL COORDINATOR

THE POSITION: The Rental Porter is responsible for cleaning, porting, checking in/out loaner vehicles, off-site transport, and customer support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required.
• Ability to complete tasks on your own as well as with a team.
• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Customer service and computer skills preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cleaning loaner vehicles to company specifications.
• Porting, parking, plating/de-plating loaner vehicles per the ins/outs of the loaner fleet.
• Detailed walk arounds to survey for damage and follow proper procedures.
• Customer service skills that allow for the checking in/out of vehicles.
• Light computer and office work as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Frequently required to get in and out of vehicles.
• Requires the ability to lift 40 pounds of material.
• Works frequently outside in different weather conditions.
